Service Rates
Medicaid waiver programs are regulated as to the rates paid to approved service agencies for each approved service. Those rates are published semiannually by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy (HCPF) on their web site. Here is a link to the current rates. Keep in mind that these rates (based on the SIS level) are what the agency bills for. They have overhead so the rate to providers is less. And make sure you look at the top of each page to see which Medicaid waiver program the page refers to as this schedule includes the rates for the Developmental Disablity (DD) Waiver, Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver and Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) Waiver. Each Level # refers to the SIS level of the person with disabilities, so for Example “Level 2” refers to a person with a SIS Level 2.
